General Information:
While shopping for your products on our website, at checkout you will see the company listed as "ECHO,LLC". We had to separate our retail store from our internet store. If you have shopped our retail store in Marietta, Ga. you know our bassett hounds, Elvis, Chipper and Homer. That is where "ECHO" comes from.
Shipping:
We have tried to make our shipping as easy and fair as possible. We now have a flat rate for orders. Orders under $50 will be charged $10 shipping. Orders over $50 will be No Charge(.00). This applies to all products except for Pumps. Due to the heavy weight of this product a $20 charge will be placed on each Spa Pump ordered.
Returns:
In the unlikely event you need to return an item, we have a 30 day return police for all "non chemical" products. The product should be in "NEW" condition in original unopened package. Just call or e-mail us for a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns on chemical products.
(There are no returns on products that have to be special ordered (ie: old style control boards, Button Panels, etc. ) If you need an older style part please make sure that is what you need prior to ordering or give us a call to confirm that it the correct part you need. If you are unsure please send us the serial number of the spa and pictures of the part. Thank You)
Order Processing :
We try to process all orders in 1-2 days. If there is a backorder situation we will contact you via e-mail and let you know the situation and wait for your instructions.
